This agreement covers interaction with the public TOGFashion website. There are no paid accounts or platform memberships created here. A future product, learning service or wardrobe transaction may require a separate agreement. Read the website terms and privacy policy before submitting information.
Information you provide
Provide accurate contact details and only content you are authorised to share. You remain responsible for your message, attachments sent separately by email and any statements you make. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary to the enquiry. If a matter involves a child, a parent, guardian or educator should contact us rather than sharing detailed student records.
Respectful participation
Follow the community guidelines and communicate in good faith. Do not impersonate another person, submit deliberately false claims or use our public channels to pressure, harass or mislead others. Respect copyright, confidentiality and the rules of any relevant exam, platform or agreement.
Product-specific expectations
The style edits are inspiration rather than live inventory. This website does not process rentals, purchases, deposits or returns. Before any future sharing or selling arrangement, confirm the actual garment, identity, condition, care, costs, timing and dispute process in a separate agreement.
Ending or correcting an interaction
You can stop using the tools at any time, leave the website or ask to correct an enquiry by emailing [email protected]. Include the reference number if you have one.
